The report can be made, if desired, with an absolute guarantee of anonymity.\r\n<h3>Why report<\/h3>\r\nProtecting our work, the company, our people, clients, and collaborators is both our right and our duty. The aim of this tool, which has been adopted by the RINA group for years, is to prevent non-compliance, abuses, or irregularities within the organisation. It also aims to involve all stakeholders and the public, in general, in combating illegality and inappropriate behaviour through active and responsible participation.\r\n<h3>What to report<\/h3>\r\nAlleged violations, perpetrated by internal staff, collaborators and business partners, relating to the following aspects:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Breach of the Code of Ethics<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Breach of the Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001<\/li>\r\n \t<li>breach of laws and regulations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>acts of corruption<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Workplace harassment<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Business loans<\/li>\r\n \t<li>human rights<\/li>\r\n \t<li>further breaches.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>What not to report<\/h3>\r\nFor commercial or operational communications (e.g., complaints), existing communication channels remain valid.\r\n<h3>How to report<\/h3>\r\nReports can be lodged through an external and independent service which provides two different channels:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>One <strong>voice channel<\/strong>, where it is possible to report facts that the reporting person deems relevant, in any language, professionally guided by expert staff. Should you wish to make a report in a language other than English, an interpreter is available to faithfully and rigorously mediate the communication between the reporter and the recipient. The voice channel is active 24 hours a day, every day of the year.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>One <strong>Web channel<\/strong>, where you can record a report by filling in structured forms, also with a multilingual interface. Upon accessing the web channel, you will find a platform that will ask you to choose the language in which to operate and will then allow you to enter your report.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAt the start of the report, you will be asked for the company that is the subject of the report. You can refer to RINA Prime Value Services or the legal entity name of the Group you wish to refer to, interchangeably.\n\nUpon submission of the report, a ticket will be issued which will allow you to re-enter the portal and monitor the progress.\n\nThe report, if the reporting person so desires, can be completely anonymous through both channels, and will be managed by RINA Prime Value Services in accordance with the whistleblowing process which you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.primegreensolutions.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IS-RPVS-WTB-03-WHISTLEBLOWING.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read here<\/a>.The phone numbers (for voice reports) and the link to the reporting landing page (for web reports) are shown at the top of this page.\r\n<h3>Who provides the reporting service<\/h3>\r\nThe service is provided by Safecall, a qualified, independent company external to the RINA Group\r\n<h3>Who manages reporting<\/h3>\r\nThe task of handling reports is entrusted to the Corporate Internal Audit department of RINA Prime Value Services S.p.A.\r\n<h3>Protection of the reporting person<\/h3>\r\nPrime Green Solutions Benefit S.p.A. is committed to protecting those who have made a report in good faith from any intimidation and retaliation.\n\nThe report is handled confidentially, and the identity of the reporting person, when disclosed by them, is not revealed without their consent.\n\nA well-made, substantiated, and detailed report can be managed without further involvement from the reporting person.
