This is reporting a risk that could damage customers, our people, shareholders, the public, or the reputation of Prime Green Solutions Benefit S.p.A. The report can be made, if desired, with an absolute guarantee of anonymity.

Why report

Protecting our work, the company, our people, clients, and collaborators is both our right and our duty. The aim of this tool, which has been adopted by the RINA group for years, is to prevent non-compliance, abuses, or irregularities within the organisation. It also aims to involve all stakeholders and the public, in general, in combating illegality and inappropriate behaviour through active and responsible participation.

What to report

Alleged violations, perpetrated by internal staff, collaborators and business partners, relating to the following aspects:
  • Breach of the Code of Ethics
  • Breach of the Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
  • breach of laws and regulations
  • acts of corruption
  • Workplace harassment
  • Business loans
  • human rights
  • further breaches.

What not to report

For commercial or operational communications (e.g., complaints), existing communication channels remain valid.

How to report

Reports can be lodged through an external and independent service which provides two different channels:
  • One voice channel, where it is possible to report facts that the reporting person deems relevant, in any language, professionally guided by expert staff. Should you wish to make a report in a language other than English, an interpreter is available to faithfully and rigorously mediate the communication between the reporter and the recipient. The voice channel is active 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
  • One Web channel, where you can record a report by filling in structured forms, also with a multilingual interface. Upon accessing the web channel, you will find a platform that will ask you to choose the language in which to operate and will then allow you to enter your report.
At the start of the report, you will be asked for the company that is the subject of the report. You can refer to RINA Prime Value Services or the legal entity name of the Group you wish to refer to, interchangeably. Upon submission of the report, a ticket will be issued which will allow you to re-enter the portal and monitor the progress. The service is provided by Safecall, a qualified, independent company external to the RINA Group

Who manages reporting

The task of handling reports is entrusted to the Corporate Internal Audit department of RINA Prime Value Services S.p.A.

Protection of the reporting person

Prime Green Solutions Benefit S.p.A. is committed to protecting those who have made a report in good faith from any intimidation and retaliation. The report is handled confidentially, and the identity of the reporting person, when disclosed by them, is not revealed without their consent. A well-made, substantiated, and detailed report can be managed without further involvement from the reporting person. In all cases, information will be treated with confidentiality.

Protection of the reported person

Throughout the internal investigation process regarding the report, all rights of the reported individual will be guaranteed, and under no circumstances will proceedings be initiated without concrete evidence regarding the content of the report itself.
