Prime Green Solutions develops and implements projects for the energy transition and the enhancement of real estate assets.
Governance and Corporate Structure
Prime Green Solutions is the Group's company RINA Prime dedicated to carrying out interventions for the energy transition and the renovation of the property portfolio.
We operate as ESCo (Energy Service Company) ed EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), assuming overall responsibility for the design and implementation of interventions with a turnkey approach throughout the entire project lifecycle.
The robustness of our operating model is founded on a dedicated internal structure and a qualified network of partners, coordinated according to established industry and governance standards.
We are certified ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 30415:2021, UNI/PdR 125:2022, SOA OG1 in VIII, UNI CEI 11352:2014.
